Any Claims regarding printing errors,/damages/ defective products must be submitted within 1 week of receiving your product so please make sure when you receive your Holiday orders that you have checked the order before gifting. For lost packages please contact us immediately so we can confirm the status and work on resolution for you. Damages and defects please email us photos so we can see and decide the best way to handle whether replacement, refund and for Lost packages see below.
Lost packages: For packages lost in Transit and order was not delivered we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping to you unless under exceptional extreme cirumstances mentioned.
Color Consistency: The printing is a chemical process and we may not be able to guaranteed 100% consistency but color deviation will be in an acceptable range. This is not a replaced or refunded so please understand however if wrong color such as you ordered pink and it is blue this would be not be acceptable and replaced or refunded to you.
You need to accept up to 3cm smaller or larger on any purchases for clothing purchases.
Any refunds will be returned within 2 weeks minus weekends and Holidays to your account if request is sent and is an acceptable reason.
If you would like to place a custom order over $500 or are in a country other than US and Canada please email us at customerservice@highvibz.com for a personalized quote and we will be happy to provide information and help you before placing an order to avoid confusion and frustration. Include the following information: Your name, first and last needed with home address or shipping address no PO Boxes please and the products you wish to purchase with size and color if variation. You can also contact us if you want a custom design created for you to discuss pricing and options. We will send photos of your custom designs for approval and these are not refundable and are happy to make modifications until payment is made for these unique requests. Use size charts to be sure of sizing and read rules on color variations please.
