2.My order is still "in production". When will it be delivered?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 96 hours after payment verification. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect the processing time.

3.Will I receive a notice after my order is delivered?

After your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information of your waybill via email or in-site mail.

8.When can I receive the goods?

The estimated delivery time of your order to the designated delivery address is about 20-40 working days. Please note that the transportation time may vary due to holidays, customs clearance procedures and bad weather conditions. We strive to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of your order. Logistics stagnation caused by force majeure factors such as political movement/natural disaster risk/military control/war is not within the scope of responsibility. We will do our best to find your order in such extreme cases there is No refund

If you would like to place a custom order over $500 or are in a country other than US and Canada please email us at customerservice@highvibz.com  for a personalized quote and we will be happy to provide information and help you before placing an order to avoid confusion and frustration. Include the following information: Your name, first and last needed with home address or shipping address no PO Boxes please and the products you wish to purchase with size and color if variation. You can also contact us if you want a custom design created for you to discuss pricing and options. We will send photos of your custom designs for approval and these are not refundable and are happy to make modifications until payment is made for these unique requests.  Use size charts to be sure of sizing and read rules on color variations please.
